All our foods are 100% freshly well cooked by our chef, snap freezing vacuum packing, to lock the freshness, nutrients and taste.

DEFROST

1. Move the vacuum pack to chiller before a day for defrost purpose.
   
2. Get the vacuum pack from frozen and soak in water for 10-15 mins.
   Make sure the chicken/ vege is FULLY defrost before reheat.

REHEAT

✅ HOT WATER: ⭐️ Perfect reheat (keep tender & juicy)
Boiled a hot water and turn off the heat, put the pouch directly into hot water and cover it (without tear the pouch), soak it for 3-5 mins.

✅ MICROWAVE/ STEAM:
Tear the pouch and remove the food into a microwaveable/ steam plate, instant reheat (800w) for 2-3 mins, steam reheat for 5 mins.

Peak season will get longer delivery more 1-2 days. 🥰
