Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within Peninsular Malaysia for frozen food items, using trusted cold chain logistics to ensure your food stays fresh and safe.

 

Shipping Schedule

• Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday within 2-5 working days of order placement.

• Delivery hours: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

• No deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays.

• Peak season more 1-2 working days.

 

Delivery Process

📞 Delivery Notifications

Our courier team will keep you updated:

1. A notification message by driver will be sent on delivery day.

2. On delivery day, the driver will Whatapps text or call you to confirm when they are on the way.

⏰ Delivery Time

Delivery times follow the courier’s pre-planned routes and are completed in sequence.

• If you’re unable to receive the parcel at the specified time, let the driver know and try to arrange for delivery on the next available day.

📝 Specific Delivery Request

Additional charges for special arrange Lalamove delivery. Kindly contact our Customer Service team (WhatsApp 017-9131820) to check for Lalamove fee.

 

Risk-Free Delivery

Your satisfaction is our priority! If issues arise during delivery:

1. Delivery SOP Issues:

• Example: The driver fails to notify you, and the food spoils.

• Solution: We will resend your order after investigating the matter.

2. Item Lost During Delivery:

• Solution: A replacement order will be sent.

Note: If the courier properly notifies you (e.g., leaves the parcel at your guardhouse or lobby) and the food spoils due to a delay in retrieval, we regret that this will be the customer’s responsibility.

Our Trusted Courier: NinjaVan Cold Chain

We use NinjaVan Cold Chain for all frozen food deliveries. This service ensures an unbroken cold chain throughout the entire transit process.

• Frozen lorries and frozen warehouses maintain the required temperature to keep your food in optimal cold and fresh conditions, ensuring its quality upon delivery.

 

Premium Packaging

To preserve the freshness of your food, we pack all orders using:

•  Carton with cooler bag

• Ice packs to maintain the cold chain during delivery.
