Keep in freezer can last for 1 - 2 months ❄️
All our foods are 100% freshly well cooked by our chef, snap freezing vacuum packing, to lock the freshness, nutrients and taste.

Heating Instruction

DEFROST

Move the vacuum pack to chiller before a day for defrost purpose.
Get the vacuum pack from frozen and soak in water for 10-15 mins.
Make sure the chicken/ vege is FULLY defrost before reheat.

REHEAT

✅ HOT WATER: ⭐️ Perfect reheat (keep tender & juicy)
Boiled a hot water and turn off the heat, put the pouch directly into hot water and cover it (without tear the pouch), soak it for 3-5 mins.

✅ MICROWAVE/ STEAM:
Tear the pouch and remove the food into a microwaveable/ steam plate, instant reheat (800w) for 2-3 mins, steam reheat for 5 mins.

Delivery Information

We use ice box & ice pack to pack the food, and frozen courier will use frozen lorry to collect parcels from our warehouse, and transit to their frozen warehouse, so the food will keep in cold condition. 👍🏻

It takes 1-3 days working days delivery, (Peak season more 1-2 working days) courier team will send a system delivery message to you on the day before delivery, and assigned driver will call you before arrival. 🥰

Great diet meal!

Love the chicken, so tender and juicy even after microwaved. The side dishes are also good, i selected the non-carbs one. All was good with the right seasoning. Only one of the chickpeas didnt last as long as other dishes once reheated and went bad after few hours in room temparature. Otherwise, love them!

Good

For Chicken Breast Meat it was surprisingly Juicy and not very dry. Good variety of flavors with sides to choose from too. First time bought their 20+3 Meal Package, so far so good.
